During my stay at Hotel Castel, the room I had was indeed spacious and comfortable, with a deceivingly cozy ambiance that surpassed the photos online. The balcony was a nice touch for enjoying the views. The location in the city center made it convenient to explore the surroundings, and the availability of on-street parking added to the ease of access. The breakfast provided a decent selection and the bar area was tastefully decorated. The external terrace with the heated electric stoves was a charming feature that added to the overall ambiance.While the room and amenities were satisfactory for the price point, there were some aspects that fell short of expectations. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel were commendable, thanks to the attentive staff. Carmelina stood out for her exceptional service and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, for the cost incurred, the value proposition could have been enhanced with better attention to detail and room maintenance.In conclusion, Hotel Castel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff, but for those seeking a more luxurious experience, some aspects may leave room for improvement to justify the price point.
